This Cancellation/Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all products, courses, subscriptions, services ("Services"), and all paid services provided by Nexxavy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Courses and Subscriptions

Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of their enrollment in a course or subscription within 48 hours (2 days) from the date of purchase for consideration of a refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Courses that have already commenced
    • Courses purchased through installment payment options
    • Subscriptions that have been partially used
    • Special or promotional offers marked as "non-refundable"
  • After the 48-hour (2-day) period, all sales are considered final and no cancellations will be accepted.
  • Nexxavy reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests.

Refund

  • All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Nexxavy.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Alternative payment methods may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
  • Refund processing may take 5 to 12 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Nexxavy reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative fees or transaction charges from the refund amount.

Products

Cancellation

Orders for physical and digital products can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the product is shipped/delivered/downloaded/activated/used, cancellations are not possible. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

Refund

  • If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

Services

Cancellation

Customers can cancel a service contract within 2 days from the start date. After the 2-day period, no cancellations will be accepted.

Refund

  • If the service has not commenced, customers are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued once the service has started.
  • If the service is cancelled in the middle of the contract, the customer will be charged for the services provided up to the cancellation date.

  • Refunds will only be processed for the amount paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the customer violates the terms of service or engages in fraudulent activities.
